340 Onehunga Mall has been designed and positioned to enjoy sun and greenspace, while providing a high level of privacy. It is ideally located within easy walking distance of the many amenities of Onehunga Town Centre, Cornwall Park and good road and public transport options in all directions. The bulk and scale of the buildings has deliberately been kept to three levels rather than the permitted maximum five levels. Lobby spaces are shared by a handful of owners only and will provide opportunities for neighbours to bump into each other. Security access enables only owners and their guests into these spaces.
